    The product line is satisfactory, the branch is convenient and the people always take excellent care of me. If I had one complaint to make, the interest rates for deposits are too low, but that's typical for the banks that are local to me.

    The customer service at this bank is so bad it stinks, like I dreaded going in there the tellers are very unfriendly except for like one or two of them. Do yourself a favor and go across the highway to Evansville Teachers.
