How can a credit union decline so rapidly! I've been a customer since 2013. From setting up new account information to impossible login issues with their app, frustration abounds! Presently, we're at a total standstill for two months!! in logging into our new account online from phone and laptop and face-to-face customer service can't resolve it. Information Tech appears to be their downfall! Taking our money elsewhere. If you want many frustrations, bank here!

Don’t try and drop off paperwork while the security guard is on a smoke break. They leave large checks on the reception desk instead of paying staff to handle financial transactions.

Haven't been a member for a month and I'm a little disappointed. I have to wait a few days for my account to update with purchases. Tried to use the drive thru this morning, but another member and I had to leave since no one was at the window at the time of opening. I waited a few minutes extra and even hit the call button, but no response. The deposit at the ATM is still set up old school and there is only one deposit ATM in the city and it's located way out in left field. It seems OCCU is still running on old tech. Really thinking about finding a new credit union that is up to date and is on time. 6\19\19 update Today's mess was the icing on the cake. I will be closing my account. I've had more problems with this bank than any other bank I've been with. I've heard nothing but great things about this bank, but my experience has been the total opposite.

I have been with OCCU for over a decade and every year I am more thankful for their existence. If you're tired of excessive fees and charges from your current bank then do yourself a favor and join OCCU, you will always be treated fairly.

Great bank, however I wish the staff was a little more educated and business driven in serving their customers.

Always very helpful with every request. This group cares about their customer's experiences. I now have moved all of my accounts to this bank.

OCCU was always helpful and made sure our needs were met. Our loan was easy to file for and arrangements made that worked well for us. Will definitely reach out to OCCU for any future needs.

Quick service and no hassle cashing a check drawn from this bank even as a non-account holder. Pretty cut and dry banking/credit union, savings and loan type financial services. Friendly staff, clean building, prompt service.

i don't know what in the samHill wrong w/ some of y'all on here w/ these wack reviews of OCU. most of the ones i read sound like they could've been communicated/corrected before they went blabbin' about entitlement on a google review. they been cool as a fan w/ me & i majorly appreciate it. OCU stay gangsta & keep givin' the people what they want.

Due to the lack of knowledge on the commercial Real Estate loan officer (rather not say names) we had waited 2 months just to be informed that the investment property we had bid on, couldn't be structured the way we needed it to be. Which we had discussed from the beginning. Money and time lost.
