I have a good rapport with all tellers at the Grant location, especially Barbara & Karen. And my favorite loan officer Kelsey @ Dublin. I have been a loyal customer for over 30 years!! Even if this was not the case, the ones I do not know have been just as pleasant. I have never had issues except once a new person was going to put a 10day hold as policy on a check, but Barb took care of that asap. Where can you get a bank account that doesn't charge all those stupid service fees or set a required bank amount to avoid?! They have mobile banking, an app to take a puc & deposit a check, you can have more than one checking/savings and can transfer your funds btwn the two. I also have an online acct with another bank and can transfer $$ from and into OH Hlth. Or utilize my overdraft loan funds if I am short...I love this credit union. If you have a problem, maybe it's you...you're the problem 🤣

I have become a loyal standing customer for Ohiohealth Federal Credit Union due to the loan officer, Molly Crance, who has provided me with exceptional customer service, excellent credit knowledge, a caring spirit, and her ability to make me feel that I never want to leave! I came to her for assistance with my low credit score! Within a years time Molly has my credit score soaring! She has religiously stood by me and taken every call to ensure that I reached that point with a smile. She effortlessly makes loan approvals and paperwork seem so seamless! Due to these efforts she has recently handled a car loan for me at an exceptional interest rate and in a very timely fashion!!! Yeahhh!! I am a walking billboard for her and Ohiohealth Federal Credit Union!!!

I love the credit union itself but I don't like that it only has 2 locations which makes it an inconvenience for those who work far from the locations and the operating hours are not convenient as well to get too.

Tellers are mean and nasty will go in to your account.
