Horrible service. My taxes last year were never filed in a timely manner, because "they forgot to submit them." Not only did I not end up getting my tax return in the timeframe I needed it, I also got cheated out of my stimulus check because of their negligence. They didn't even apologize or explain what had happened. All they told me was "they forgot it." You can't do that, especially if I am paying you beaucoup bucks to file my taxes for me. Can say I am going to TurboTax where they're responsive and I am in control and don't shill out big bucks for unresponsive services.

This office has been very helpful. My mother has dementia, and they have helped me with her financial papers. They have been very helpful, kind, and considerate with me.

I requested a single document from them. They sent something entirely different and it was unofficial, meaning I could not use it for the paperwork I needed it for. They won't even acknowledge they sent the wrong things and this isn't even the first time doing this dance with them. They also filed me incorrectly. I am widowed, not single, thank you. They also overcharge for their services. I highly advise against going to these people.

We are always pleased with the work Debra does for us and our business. She takes the time to talk or meet with us to answer questions and assist us with our personal and business needs.
