    I opened a checking account with Aliya - she was fantastic - very knowledgeable and friendly. She was pleasure to deal with. The other staff was just as friendly, including Peggy, the manager. I like the checking account option I selected, with no fees. Check it out!

    Wanted to share my experience with Peggy Battaglia at ocean first swedesboro branch. First off this is not my bank and when I walked in I was greeted by Peggy with a warm and inviting attitude. Very professional and friendly. My issue was that I was not a member and needed to cash out a large amount of change. She was very enthusiastic to help and went out of her way. This is the type of customer service that is exceptional and needs to be followed by all businesses. While assisting me she did a fantastic job explain their available accounts in a non pressure way. She actually helped me side by side counting and loading coins. I was extremely pleased with the encounter and felt it was important to let ocean first know what an asset they have. Thank You! Great work! Great customer service!

    Let me say, my experience at the bank in Swedesboro was excellent, with the teller I spoke to was very cordial and informative. My experience getting TO the bank was much less enjoyable. Since the Woodbury Heights & Glendora branches are now closed in an extreme display of customer disservice, it took me a round trip time of 40 minutes @ $3.50 per gallon of gas to make a deposit at the ATM machine at OceanFirst because that is the only machine that accepts a deposit and local ATM machines at other banks or Wawa will not accept a deposit. This little fact was NOT explained to me when closing branch. VERY livid & disappointed!!!

    Lost my debit card, Anthony and his team were extremely helpful and pleasant. Had my old card shut off and new card was made for me on the spot, in and out. With all of the trouble involved in my situation, it was definitely refreshing to have it taken care of so quickly and effortlessly!
