If I could give zero stars I would. To start off the title company was 1 and 1/2 hours late to our closing. Then turns out he showed up with the wrong paper work and everything needed to be resigned even though we kept saying I think the owners wife needs to sign. Then proceed to rush out of the door. Then we had to wait for a new member of their team to come from a different office hours later. The money was then wired 24 hours later (not on our closing date) which put not only the buyer of our house back a day but put us back a day on purchasing our new home. Now I have to stay in a hotel with two small children and a dog extra expense . My movers are pushed back a day extra expense. My mortage rate needed to be locked in extra expense. Super unprofessional and just plain wrong. Never use this company.

Stood at the receptionist desk for about 10 minutes without receiving any help. I made loud sighs, coughs, and called for help to no avail. It wasn’t until one of the “attorneys” on the other side came to help me. When he spoke, he said he was a FRIEND of one of the attorneys and he would happily take my cashiers deposit to Janelle. Apparently, Janelle was too busy on a conference call to assist a client she knew was coming in. The guy goes in to talk to Janelle and she’s like yeah just get the check for me. And I give him a look, letting him know that this is extremely unprofessional. So I finally hand him my check and say I would like a receipt, He tells her and she never came out. I stood there for maybe another 6 or 7 minutes and it’s when I finally said “I guess I’ll just leave a review online” an attorney finally walked out. He goes in to check on Janelle and she tells him that she’s typing up and sending my receipt letter to my realtor ASAP... Two days later, and I’m still waiting on that letter to make it to my realtor.

We just have problems with this company, error after error, the documents package was a mess, the deed was no submitted within 2 months after the purchasing, when occur, another error, the closing disclosure was changed more than 3 times, no balancing. You guys do a very critical job, the people use your services to guarantee the most valuable invest and you guys did a LOT of errors during all the process.

A company that withstood such a long run and has not learned nothing about: 1. customer service 2. client engagement 3. accountability 4. Personal information 5. Notary and privacy Everyone operating under this current company needs a lesson in providing proper editorial, editing and held accountable for costumer service including client deliverables. Worse experience I ever faced working with this NU World. Please train hire and provide clear and concise information to customers and clients. Do follow ups and allow for timely delivery of proper documentation. Do not conduct business in this manner allowing customers and clients to struggle but instead assist properly so that everyone can benefit from timely outcome.

My experience was the worse ever for the office in Miami Lakes where Lola and Mayling work. I waited 4 months for the property I sold to closed. Always saying there was a problem with the bank. I decided to change title companies after 4 months and new company closed within a week. They don't know what they are doing. PLEASE STAY AWAY!!

After attempting to sell my home New world did a horrible job with their lien search ending up having to pay out-of-pocket at the closing of the sale of my home because New world drop the ball on a lien search from the previous owner I would not recommend this company slow response do not take responsibility 4 mistakes passes the buck and says that it's not their fault avoid this title company at all cost
