After months and months of dealing with terrible mismanagement of our account by NRL, my husband and I have come to the conclusion that NRL's acronym should actually include one more letter. NLRL (Nation's LEAST Reliable Lending) would paint a far more accurate picture of the services this company provides. Our escrow has been miscalculated again and again, and insurance policies we have had in place throughout our loan have been overlooked or neglected, resulting in a significantly higher monthly mortgage rate and a tremendous loss of time as we have worked with numerous people at NRL who don't seem to know what is going on with our account. I have never written a review of less than five stars (and it brings me no pleasure to compose this one-star review). I try to write reviews only when I can offer glowing words of recommendation. However, after enduring months and months of account mismanagement by NRL, I feel that others should be warned to avoid this company at all costs. My husband and I are perplexed by the fact that we have received the absolute worst customer service ever on the most expensive purchase of our lives, our home. What a sad situation this truly is...

My experience at NRL was the most God awful experience of my life. Katherine Olmos and her mention P.Lawrence was equally as awful she portrayed she was trying to help us when in reality she was searching for every reason to not help even including saying she once called me with the actual investor on three~way 🙄.Next she went so far as to say that we weren’t able to get financing because we couldn’t have 2 FHA loans or properties within a 5 mile radius. So I reminded her the other property was paid off and was no longer a FHA property, still it didn’t matter. My husband credit score was almost an 800 when we started the process ending in a little over600 . She also told me we needed another inspection because she drug it out for almost 6 plus months after I paid for it again she then told me we didn’t need it🙄 100s of dollars wasted again . Also constantly sending the same information several times. Neither did I but I will never use her or NRL !!

NRL, Brent and crew where very helpful with our home refinance. They were patient and explanatory, when gathering all the paperwork we needed. They worked long hours to get our refinance completed. They exceeded my expectations. I couldn't be happier with my new mortgage and home insurance.

I'm so incredibly happy I chose to work with Cody Grizzoffi for my first home purchase. There is so much to wrap your mind around when it comes to lending and all the numbers involved. Cody took the time to carefully explain multiple lending offers in a way that didn't feel like a used car salesman. His team knows what they're doing, they are easy to contact, and they are quick! I was able to close much earlier than I expected, and that definitely would not have been possible if I'd gone with a large bank.

NRL has always offered us the most competitive rate for a mortgage and our broker, Chris Basso, is the very best! He was so nice to work with on the purchase of our first home that he was of course the first person we thought of when it was time to buy again. He has offered helpful advice and crunched numbers for us between moves and always makes the mortgage portion of house hunting and buying a breeze. He is fast and efficient in his communication and kept us up to speed every step of the way, always following up and making sure we understood the process. Can’t recommend Chris highly enough! Our loan has always been re-assigned to another financial service provider after the sale (which was expected) and we have been happy with our loan service provider as well.
