Andy and his team were great from the start. After just graduating grad school, I was on the fence about whether I even qualified for a loan. I contacted Andy and his team to see if I could even qualify. He made the entire process seamless and easy for me. When it comes to a loan really there are two things to care about, your rate, and customer service. Andy and his team provided both. Gave a great rate, and provided constant 24/7 communication. Any questions I had would have an immediate response. His team did a great job collecting documents and working with my employer to get everything I needed. Even locked my rate before the recent spikes. Honest and good communication the whole way. Met all expectations and more.

NRL is a fantastic company to work with! When buying a house, the last thing you want is to stress about the finances, paperwork and dates. This company has such clear communication (emails with dates listed) and always available to chat and clarify. The NRL web portal makes document collection easy and seamless, which takes a lot of the guesswork and stress out of a mortgage loan process. The longest wait of the whole thing was getting an appraiser out - and even that was only about a week! Addison was my dedicated lender at NRL Mortgage! The fact that he was my dedicated lender meant that I didn’t have to deal with a million different people and go through redundancies. Instead the process was lovely, fluid, and pretty darn easy. Addison is incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and supportive. I never thought I needed or would receive support from a lender but I did. The entire process with Addison was truly a worry free zone. There were also very informative short videos that were sent via email each time my loan process escalated to the next step. Additionally, when my loan went to underwriting, I again only dealt with person who helped me understand what’s needed and how to quickly resolve the open item and move forward. I rescind this glowing review of NRL. As soon as my 5 star review went through, Chad Curtin sent me an email that my mortgage had been transferred to another company. I immediately thought it was a fraud and contacted Darren Phan, my mortgage guy. He told me to hold tight that he’d find out what was up. Sure enough. They sold my mortgage before I made my first payment. Giving me huge anxiety before I could even feel like this is MY HOME!! I’ve already referred potential clients to NRL, but I’m goi to tell them to look elsewhere. I’m not at all happy how this turned out.

Vincent was awesome to work with!! He was quick to respond and always had multiple solutions if any problems arose. He was very friendly and available day or night. Would highly recommend working with him!
