Went in to get my car registration renewed and I was out within 25 minutes. Make sure you sign in! The ladies are super friendly and Mrs. Penny was awesome. Thanks again! Definitely recommend this place!

Although they're open until 5:30, and I arrived at 5, I was not told until 5:20 that they don't process license plate renewals after a certain time and I'd have to come back.

Very rude people. Grungy office and employee very obnoxious towards senior citizens. Will not be going back. Would rather wait at the DMV from 5 hours than to go to this place again.

Worst experience EVER! Two day process to only end up with my account charged for over $300 and now have to wait for it to go back into my account because they don't give enough detail nor pay attention to their job! both women I encountered with in the two days were terrible with customer service. Didn't give accurate info the first day which cause an even worse experience on day two then attempted to lie and say she gave me information she DID NOT GIVE.why would i return with what I was directed to if she told me otherwise My card was ran for the total transaction then told after I was charged nevermind it cant be done so I now have a large amount of funds stuck in limbo waiting to return to my account! Most disgusting attitudes I've ever encountered which then caused me to be rude as well if possible avoid this place at all cost because they suck at their job!

Marie was very helpful and knowledgeable. She even came out to the car to watch my elderly father sign which saved us getting him out or the car with his health problems. I have used their services on several occasions and they are always helpful and fast acting. Thank You Notary At Your Service!

Quick, friendly. They do Real ID with proper ss, birth certificate, & 2 proof of address. I was there in under an hour! They can renew DL as long as there is no significant changes to it

I cannot say enough positive things about this place!! I am a frequent customer, particularly at the post office. There is one employee, Jackilyn Bou, whom I would like to mention. She has to be one of the kindest people I have ever met. Regardless of the circumstances....maybe a line out the door or a cold rainy day or grumpy customers.... she always treats everyone with kindness and respect. She goes above and beyond, showing true concern for her customers. On numerous occasions, she has given me knowledgeable guidance regarding the cost of mailing, saving me lots of money. Jackilyn is the kind of employee every employer hopes to have for life! She is definitely a keeper and DESERVES A BIG RAISE. 😉

I first went to UPS because they advertise a one stop shop for notary and shipping, it turns out though the notary service is only available by appointment. At 430 PM I was worried I wouldn't find another place open. Thankfully, I headed over to Notary at Your Service. Not only are they open until 5:30PM, I discovered that they have USPS on site as well! The staff was friendly and got me in and out quickly. I will definitely be going here for any future notary needs!

It’s ashame because I live close by to this location, but will not return after my experience on yesterday. They were not eager to help and were extremely rude!! I chose to take my business up the way to Chrystal’s Title on Robert Blvd. and had a wonderful experience. Do your self a favor and don’t go here!

Great experience!! I thought I was going to have all kinds of issues renewing my vehicle registration because I moved, but Wendy and her Team made everything simple and speedy. Convenient, courteous and local!! What could be better?!?
