Excellent service, excellent products and loans, excellent staff! I can't thank Tracy in Cloquet enough for all of her help, her kindness, her expertise. The excellent, excellent (have I said "excellent" yet?:) customer service in both Cloquet and Moose Lake is very refreshing and much appreciated. You are all top notch!

We have been going through a very difficult time and the employees at NWCU have been great. A special thanks to Krystal Buscko who has had to do an enormous amount of account maintenance and has been extremely helpful. Her customer service skills are exemplary! Krystal always goes above and beyond and I am so grateful. Andrea in the call center has also been wonderful to work with and very helpful!

Awesome Bank! The customer service is outstanding. The mortgage department is outstanding along with the loan officers. We used Michelle for our mortgage and it was one of the best experiences we have had at a bank. We have all of our auto loans at Northwoods Tessie is probably the best loan officer I have ever dealt with. Best Bank in the area hands down :-).

I don't even want to give it one star but it won't let me give it zero stars like I would like to. Don't put your money here. You will never get it back

The staff here are amazing. The loan officers are always willing to go the extra mile to get you what you need. The only thing I do not care for is that their online banking app is a little slow so what it says you have for an available balance isn't always correct.

Wonderful banking institution! I'd recommend Northwoods Credit Union to anyone! Tracy in Cloquet is simply amazing, not just because of her job, but who she is as a person and now someone I consider a friend! Customer service from everyone I encounter, whether it be over the phone or in person (doesn't matter which branch I'm at either), is always outstanding! This world would be a much happier place if all businesses could treat customers as good as you all do. Good friendly staff - always greeted with a warm smile. As far as banking services go they are average. For personal accounts Kasasa is nice. For business accounts it's just another bank. They do a much better job than some of the other local banks. If you have to have a bank account and interact with a bank, this would be a good choice.

made me write "ncu mobile deposit" on the check, then wouldn't accept it because me and my roommate don't have a joint bank account. now i cannot cash the check anywhere because it says "ncu mobile deposit" and i'm out 500$. absolute trash. the only good thing about this place is the 7$ refund for using your debit card each month.

I see a lot of people complaining about overdrafts, I haven't overdrafted my account in a few years, so maybe thats why I've never had an issue with them?? I have an EXCELLENT loan officer that knows me on a first name basis, the kasasa checking ROCKS. ATM fees refunded every month, doesn't cost anything. I've banked with them for over ten years now and I have yet to have a major issue with them. They have a convenient app I use to mobily deposit checks, works mint!! They are EXCELLENT!! I have nothing bad to say about them.
