Trying to get a replacement debit card, it's been almost 3 weeks, called and they didn't know how my PO box even works like they have never sent mail before. Said my PO box is on my listed adress but not my mailing adress, that does not make sense. (Edit) it's been another week and they still have done nothing to help me, terrible customer service

Northwestern Bank has been wonderful to work with for our commercial needs. They have been great in setting up our lines of credit, a loan for our commercial building, and our HSA accounts. Northwestern Bank has also given hundreds of thousands of philanthropic dollars to organizations, non-profits, and charities within the greater Chippewa Valley (and beyond). These guys are great.
