Northwest Federal Credit Union Trimble Plz, Leesburg

I have been a customer with Northwest Federal Credit Union for nearly 10 years. I had questions about fees and a cashier's check and they were not very forthcoming or knowledgeable about the information. I ended up being charged fees that I had asked about to avoid, and then called member services who had the information and gave it to me after the fact. This is not the first incident where the customer service was lacking. Even though I have been a member for many years, I am likely taking my business elsewhere.

Poor customer service. They clearly don't care about their clients. I kindly asked for their help, that ironically would have strengthen our business relationship and they denied the help. I will look as soon as possible to refinance with another lender. Don't ever do business with this people!

Only 1 person working in front. They pay a guy greeter that cant help nothing. None of the loan officers dont help. I waited more than 10 min. I was 2nd in line. When i left 5 people waiting behind me. Good thing this is not my bank. Just cashing a check.

Don’t go here, period. They’re friendly to a certain degree, but doing business with them is painful. They don’t care about keeping nor gaining customers, in addition to staying behind on updating the credit union by months at a time.

Everyone I have encountered here has been very friendly. Everyone is willing to answer any questions I have and have made me enjoy stopping here to do my banking.

This is an amazing credit union. The customer service was one of pure excellence. It was a surprising reprieve to experience such a high level of customer service in the Northern Virginia area. I especially thank customer service agent Will for the informative and pleasant service he provided. These people perform their daily tasks with a spirit of excellence. Thank you kindly for being who you are. I only have good things to say about you.

I went here to get an auto loan while I was out on maternity leave and was denied because it is unpaid maternity leave... I’ve been trying to find a lawyer to help with this issue but have had little luck so I figured I may as well get the word out that this is the worst bank I’ve ever had. Every time I’ve had an issue come up they have been unhelpful and taken multiple hours and end up saying the same thing we can’t help or you are denied. We are a young family and we just had our first baby I don’t see why this bank is so unwilling to help new families start out, I’ve never missed a payment and I know I always pay my bills very dissatisfied with this bank specially since this bank has a record of all my transactions and payments in the last 3 years, only reason I switched was on the word of my husband and he spoke very highly of northwest since he has had them all his life now he is willing to even switch banks because of what happened and what he witnessed with me

The best management team and customer service staff. Customer are treated with the utmost respect. I am happy to be a member of the Northwest Federal Credit Union.

Long lines for simple customer service. Northwest FCU stopped servicing other CU members at their branches, but they do allow their members to go to other CU’s. In my opinion, this is a double standard from a shared branch perspective. Do not support or go to this CU!

Everybody is extremely friendly and all provide excellent customer service
