Awesome customer service. My family owns a Mexican restaurant and we've been banking at the Northbrook location even before opening our business. This folks helped us getting our PPP loan to maintain our payroll and be able to pay our hardworking staff, I couldn't thank them enough I know it's hard times for every business owner. The staff here spent nearly half an hour trying to figure out why I couldn’t log in to my account, and still couldn’t fix it. I went to the other branch over by Willow and 94 and they fixed in in five minutes. Go there instead.
