From our initial conversation with Jason, and then with assistance from loan processors Kyle and Adam, the entire process of refinancing our home was effortless. Their systems are efficient, their communication clear and timely, and their overall customer service was friendly and helpful. Wow is all I can say. 2 years ago my husband and I tried to refinance our home for a better interest rate with a popular lender, only to go through the process for 4 months to be told at the end we would not qualify. Northpoint was knowledgeable about the current market, providing us with several options. They successfully navigated us through several hurdles that enabled us to get a well-priced mortgage that fit our needs. The entire process was extremely fast. Loan was clear to close within 2 weeks. I wouldn’t think of going with any other lender for future loans.

I wouldn't recommend this group to any friends or family. Their broker went back and forth on how much down payment we needed to lock in favorable rate, this caused us to change our budget drastically multiple times during our home search. Then, on the day of closing I discovered they made an error in our documents. When confronted with this error they had the nerve to claim that we never disclosed the correct answer to them, which we had properly disclosed at least 3 times. Their carelessness almost cost us our deal going through. Communication was really hit and miss as well. Save yourself some sanity and use another brokerage.
