Northpointe Bank N Central Expy, Dallas

This bank has IT Problem. Wanting to take advantage of their excellent 0.90% money market promotion rate, I tried to open new account online. However I could not get pass the first page of the application. Got stuck on question "How do you hear about us"banner , yet no drop-down selection was provided and therefore I could not continue the application beyond the first page. Customer service is good though. I got a call back. She tried to figure out the problem for me, even though to no avail in the end. I was advised to apply the new account mutually with paper, which usually takes at least 3-4 weeks. I'm very experienced in apply new account online and Northpointe's glitch is truly inconceivable in today's digital banking environment. This experience also makes me wonder the quality of their online banking system, not reassuring in my opinion however great their saving rate may be. Maybe they only focus on Mortgage ?!

We were first homebuyers and went with northpointe bank . It’s has been such a Great experience from start to sadly finish ( after 3 years ) due to our service rights being transferred to another lender . Customer service and online portal would receive 5 stars . I dislike the transfer of our loan to a not very good rated company , we are very uncomfortable with that decision. We are aware of transferring service rights being a common thing but it doesn’t feel great not having the ability to choose who you want to do business with . We enjoyed being northpointe bank customers but after this transfer experience I wouldn’t finance through them again .

This is absolutely the WORST company I have ever had to come in contact with for mortgage company. Not only will they lose your mortgage payments, but they will make it seem like it is your fault. They also lost our LEGAL BINDING document and tried to make us sign it again when they admitted they forgot to sign it. This company is terrible and I will be filing a complaint with BBB!! Beware and do not do business with these scam artists.

This is the WORST company. I have contacted them 5 times to remove PMI and they do not send me the information. First they claimed they had the wrong e-mail (funny because we get all their other emails). Then hey hung up on me twice. They keep saying we will be contacted in7-10 business days. Finally spoke to a supervisor, Jennifer, and she said we would be contacted by the appraisal team the next business day. It's been a week and NOTHING. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB and Consumer Protection Agency. Unfortunately, I had no control in who bought our loan but if you can help it, steer clear from them!!!

Best interest rate on Money Market available. Easy online application process and can add beneficiary.
