I have financed both my primary residence and now a second home in NC with Jimmy Waring and Northpointe Bank. I don't know how the process could have been smoother, as he and his team answered all my questions, kept me in the loop thorough the entire process and we closed on time with both transactions. Jimmy is very professional, extremely knowledgeable, and I knew I could trust him from day one. Taylor Graham with Northpointe Bank was phenomenal! He helped us with an unusual home financing situation and made the process simple and painless. When obstacles presented themselves(through no fault of Taylor or Northpointe), he came up with creative solutions. The financing aspect of our transaction was ready to go, well before our contractual closing date. Taylor showed up to closing to make sure there were no issues and that we understood everything regarding the mortgage.
