I did my original home loan with Rob at Northpoint 10 years ago, a 30 year fixed, and then just recently refinanced at a lower rate. At every point in the transaction, Rob was on top of everything and seemed to master all of the details. It was great to know that as you sign a mountain of documents, and plow through a million little details, someone is watching out for everything. It was more than just a great rate on a mortgage, it was a real consultation on what the right thing to do is, and then excellent execution on the details.
