This Credit Union is the Best! During Covid, I was able to secure a loan over the phone and was Able to Pick up the Money, Same Day!!! And a added Benefit that no Bank would have Ever Done!! Tellers are helpful n nice. But this branch in middle of Houghton lake really needs 3-4 drive thrus and at least 3-4 tellers always. Especially with covid and drive thru used mainly.

Unethical manager that cares more about the credit union than his members. The manager is rude and condescending to clients. I went in and pulled three accounts yesterday. We have choices and it was a good choice to leave!

Wouldnt give me change for $100. Said I needed to be a member. Went to chase right down the road, where I dont have an account either did it no problem.
