When I started to deal with Scott I asked him for one thing, no surprises. Process was quick and easy until the morning when the closing agent came to my house and the loan terms had changed. Turned out not a big deal other than it was a surprise from the final document I was sent two days before. When I tried to contact Scott he was busy and never picked up the phone, I am still waiting for him to call me back, I shouldn’t hold my breath. Other than that it was fine.
