If I could give 6 stars, I would. I worked with Nick at Northern Mortgage on a refinance of my home in South Florida. The process was made simple and everything went smoothly from day one. I needed flexibility and patience, I got more than I could have asked for. Everything was organized, honest, quick and yet detailed and precise. I cannot say enough good things about this, I highly recommend. You will not be disappointed.

I was referred by a friend and this has been the worst experience I’ve had with a mortgage company. I was a loan officer, so I know how the loan process should work. Communication was awful! I couldn’t get them to tell me what they needed to close! Closing took over 2 months which is unacceptable. Our loan officer quit near the end which didn’t help. We didn’t get final closing numbers until the day of closing, despite many phone calls and emails demanding answers! It was an absolute mess. They may have been a good mortgage company a year or two ago, but not now. Trust me... STEER CLEAR!

Northern Mortgage has great people and are extremely helpful. They stay in constant contact and get things done correctly. I've used them twice now and both experiences were great. I would recommend them to anyone.

Rick and his team are awesome! From the beginning to end of my new home loan process they were professional and personable and helped me every step of the way. Not to soon into the lending process I felt like Rick was more of a friend. As the loan process went along I was introduced to Aaron & Sara who were also very nice to work with all with years experience and made the whole process stress free, great guys. My whole loan process from day 1 took about 35 days, shortly after I moved into my new home. I am extremely happy with Rick and his team at Northern Mortgage and have already recommended him to my family members and friends. Great, professional, personable and they call back within minutes and that is no exaggeration. It’s old school professionalism you just don’t see anymore and that stood out the most to me. Josh Nawrot and his team at northern mortgage were nothing but great! I had somewhat of a difficult situation and he was happy to do what he could to make me able to purchase a home that I love.
