    I absolutely love banking with Northern. They are so up to date with their app and the ease of using the drive through tellers/ATM makes life so much easier. I love that you can get bills of any type, not just 20’s. I went in to change my name after getting married and the staff there was absolutely amazing!! So polite and make you feel like you’ve been banking with them for years. This is the best switch I have ever made and will be banking with them for many years to come!!

    Definitely like to give a shout out to the young lady at the Gouverneur branch that they call Maddie (Madison) a huge heart felt thank you for everything she has and continues to do to help me and make life easier for myself and im sure anyone lucky enough to get her assistance.     I checked out all the banks when I moved to the North Country. Northern CU responded quickly, they were by far the most welcoming and friendly, and they had the best banking options. Two years later, I'm still consistently pleased with my experience. They are always updating/upgrading their banking services, and I wish every call I make had the same level of customer service Northern CU provides.
