Northeast Credit Union Main St, Berlin

A few months back I brought my sons inside with me to do some banking. They saw a "treasure chest" and Jess told the boys about opening up a savings account and getting prizes when they make transactions. My oldest son remembered this and asked to open an account today. Wendy and Jess were great with him and he is so excited about being able to spin a wheel for free money during his birthday month. Thank you for offering a kid account that grows and changes as the child matures. Thank you Jess for engaging with my boys and talking to them about banking.

I worked with the banker Sarah Allbee, well I’ll bee she was great! I set up a new bank account savings and checking with her and was there for an hour ( I had a lot of questions which were greatly responded to ) She was: Professional Courtesy Very well informed Great person to converse with Wonderful human being I look forward to use if this bank for many many years. had a sticky problem this afternoon but Kara with the help of Jess took great care of me with patience, professionalism, and friendliness .... never made me feel a burden or that I was holding them up

Every time I go in to do my banking Wendy and Ann do a great job above and beyond their job i'd like to shout out to both of them that I appreciate everything they do for me great job Ladies!!! They always make sure I have everything that I need before I leave the bank!!!!
