Great bank that we’ve used for years! The staff are always very kind and helpful. However, they are so friendly and familiar with their patrons that they sometimes are too relaxed in security measures. They recognize us, and have on multiple occasions winked or waved us on through some protocols like showing ID, signing both our names to a check when it required both signatures, etc. We will in the future insist on following all the protocols ourselves because we think security is important. But, overall, we’re happy with the services!

I’ve tried to work with them but they just keep messing up. I’ve asked them to raise my spending multiple times so I can buy a computer and they won’t do it. Then my account gets locked up every time I spend more than $100.

I have used this bank for savings and loans for many years. The nicest people I've dealt with that will help however they can.

Have banked here for 20 years. I prefer the 19e branch over the main branch but love my credit union!

Used it for a year just for a savings account, eventually stopped completely at my other bank and ended up starting a checking account here too. Always friendly and helpful. Member since 2013.

I've been a member since 2015 an I love the employee's they r like family

Bank account is basically no good for 6 months unless you just bring cash and all but 2 of the employees have been extremely rude every time I’ve had to go in.
