Says closes at 7pm during the week days. Showed up at 6:48 and they were completely closed. I don’t know about you but that’s not cool.

Hands down worst bank I've ever delt with. I wish i didn't have a loan through them. Every month they manage to mess it up. I just dont get it.

This company doesn't understand that its members are suppose to come first. I've never been so rudely helped in my life. They didn't ask how they could help me or what I wanted they said "What am I doing?" after I gave them my ID, if I didn't have a loan with them I'd move my accounts ASAP, not worth your time of day, since they certainly think that we aren't worth our time of day. I wouldn't recommend anyone bank with these people

Aboustly the worst coustmer service. Jeff the main loan person is a complete ass. I paid off a vehicle loan and had a buyer for the vehicle, gave them 4 business days to produce a title, they screwed the pooch, and his response was, there's always other people that might buy it. But hell they took my 8 grand payoff the next day.

Scum of the earth. I’ve literally paid out thousands for their mistakes in loan agreements and fees. Scum! Literally scum. You can message me here but not return my multiple calls and voicemails!?

Every single month there is a new headache. Their online banking is a complete joke. Customer service usually has no idea what they are doing. I have never disliked a place more. The day my loan is done I'm gone. Don't waste your time

Terrible customer service... I financed my vehicle with them & set up automatic payments. They set up two a month... so I asked them to cancel one of them and was told to fill out a cancellation form, which I did. I then got a call that my payment was late because it never pulled because they cancelled both payments... and when I told the girl who called me how frustrating this was because this was the second issue I have had with them in less than a 6 month period... she became very rude telling me she was doing me a favor by calling me to tell me my loan was passed due... I would NOT recommend banking with them in any form.

Britt Hawkins was very rude over the phone when trying to get information on a current loan. Would not recommend working with this company if she is a representation of their staff. Yelled at my mother and friend over the phone and yelled at our dealership representative.

The location on base has been horrible for me in customer service. Drive thru is useless. You ring bell and wait until you get tired of waiting- and go inside. Once inside- the tellers are not with any customers. The location in town has been fabulous.

Been a member for years have always had good friendly experiences. Loan officers have always been through in explaining thing with fair or better than fair interest rates.
