North Easton Savings Bank Eastman St, South Easton

Absolutely garbage ever since merging with Mutual Bank. Apparently they adopted Mutual Bank’s fee schedule which meant my daughter’s savings account (she is a minor, it’s a custodian account) began having a monthly maintenance fee deducted because she doesn’t have an average daily balance of $1 million. I got laughed at when I asked for the $50 in fees refunded. May as well go with Bank of America because these clowns have no idea what they are doing.

I currently live in North Carolina and made it a point to keep this bank when I moved from Norton, Ma. The people are phenomenal and truly cannot be matched. For instance I took out a loan and was paying it off online, I payed the entire thing off but it won’t let you finalize it online. The manager called me back and instead of making a big deal out of it she paid the 6 cents herself and finalized all the paperwork so she could send me the title. It’s the little details that always count the most that they always get right.

I had banked here for 10 years. I visited the corporate office in Easton a few times over the past couple of weeks. I was made empty promises and their managment made a mistake with a large sum of my money. They then refused to solve their mistake. They also treated me as if I was stupid for following their managers instructions. I have sense removed all of my money and will never bank here again.

Before they merged with Mutual I loved this bank. Since they merged, I can’t stand it. Sorry but some of the changes they have made are horrible

This is the worst bank I have ever used. The customer service is zero help. If I could give this bank zero stars I would. They stopped the use of the other cards just so they could use their newer cards. I did not get any notification that I was supposed to switch my cards out by a certain date and my card just stopped working. I now have to to contact everyone that uses my card for my loans, and bills and change my card number. I absolutely hate this bank and cannot wait to switch.

I have banked with North Easton for over 20 years and I am continuously surprised how awesome they are. My card was compromised and the fraud dept called me and cancelled the card. I went to the local branch after hours and they opened their door to me. They reversed the charges that night and I had a replacement card in hand within 15 min. The next morning, I checked my account and everything was back to normal. A small bank with HIGH CUSTOMER satisfaction. I love North Easton and won't ever leave them.

I've always had a positive experience with this bank! Great customer service! The only way they could improve service would be longer hours Monday through Wednesday.

Dont use this bank. They used to be good before they merged with Mutual. They are flooded with hidden fees.

The hours are terrible and they have far fewer options than a normal bank.
