Went in there Friday with my wife and the customer service was amazing. I just wish whoever is in charge of facilities maintenance gets the AC working for their employees.

Don't do it, isn't worth it I've been paying on my loan for months now and it's still at the same amount the interest rate is over 300% my payments are $167 a month and they only take $12.50 of that payment to put towards my loan every month. I was trying to put a zero stars as a rating but you have to choose at least one star for it to post.

They all were fast and friendly. This was my first time with North American title loan and I would refer anyone too them. Some awesome young lady's.

Catelyn was the most helpful person I've encountered in this industry. I had an out of state title and Catelyn was the nicest and most informative person I encountered when sipping around around for a turtle loan. Thank you again Catelyn!!

this place is a scam . they charge 304 percent interest. they came and took my car . i told them i had a family emergency and i had to pay other bills. they decided they would call me everyday and i repeatedly told them the same story. the manager Kelly left me a nasty message to return her phone call. i called her and she was just as rude as the people in this office. they go through staff so much. everytime i go in there there is new face and they always say the person that i am looking for is no longer with the company. they even had people call me from different area codes and people calling from there personal cell phone. they got the car back and i will never go there again.

Caitlyn is professional in her job, she knows what's she is doing, she is excellent, in explaining or educating her customers about there Loan. She has a nice personally and friendly! She is a business Lady, that's for sure!
