NATL Little River... I had the pleasure of being assisted by two associates Vivian and Sherri and these ladies make you feel welcomed. They are quick and very knowledgeable of their work. Even had a few laughs which is always good. This is the place to go for your needs.

I was on my way to title max ( which I really didn’t want to do but needed quick money) when I saw North American title loans . When I first walked in I was blown away by the immediate very friendly greeting. Viv, Donna , and Christina ( who Viv was training) so not only did she take care of me but she is an amazing trainer. Viv is incredible at her job, she answered every question and prepared my loan quickly. I will always do my title loans here. Bye bye title max.

DO NOT GO HERE. I wanted to get a couple of bucks and filled out an application online. They quoted me a very little amount for my car. OK, it's a classic show car, so maybe they were just going by the age. I had called ahead and was told I only needed to bring an I.D. and a title. When I got there they wanted all this information, I could have easily brought, but was told I didn't need. Still, maybe a little miscommunication, but then they take your title (still OK) and then they try to breeze over the fact that they charge you over 300%. I only needed the loan ($2500 for a week so I redo a mortgage) and they said it would be $675 a month. Crazy, but the really strange thing is if I paid the entire thing off in a week, which is my plan, I'd have to pay a week worth of interest (of course) and still the $675 too. I got up and got the Hell out of there. Went down the street to Auto Money and the process was freaking easy and great. I got $3,000 for around $375 and if I pay it all off next week, I have pay the $3,000 and only a week's worth of interest, about $150ish. These people aren't crooks, because I guess it's legal, but they sure are crook-lite.

I was helped by Ms Vivian today and she was very patient with me getting all the proper information to apply and find the best loan amount for my situation. I really appreciate great customer service and that's what she provided.

I have received the most professional customer service from this store in little river sc anyone could ask for. They worked and answered every question I had with confidence. Thanks again everyone!
