I absolutely love this bank and it’s employees! The small town atmosphere makes you feel welcome and every time I go in, they show you that they value your business. Not having a drive-through can be somewhat inconvenient, but then you would miss the smiling faces inside if there was one.

The only ATM in a small town and they charge a $5 fee to use it. That's robbery. They may be the greatest bank in the world but I'll never have an account just based on their absurd ATM fee.

Worst bank ever. Yea I guess if you are family they treat your account right.

These folks do business the right way. I always receive excellent customer service, and the employees always greet me by name and with a smile. More banks should strive to be like this one!

Love LOVE this bank and everyone is very professional and courteous. I have been banking here for over 8 years and have recommended many to bank there also and are also very happy with them. I will never bank anywhere else !!! Thank you guys and Jewel for the wonderful work y'all do for us. 😊

We went to the bank to get information about how to obtain a personal loan. When we got the the bank we spoke to a gentleman named Joel Shaw. Mr. Shaw is one of the most unprofessional, unhelpful, and rude individual I have came across. As soon as we sat down to consult with him he shut us up and continued to belittle us saying you just wasted your time coming here. We were referred to the bank by a friend and when we explained to Joel that our friend had told us to go talk to him he had a smirk on his face and said " (name omitted) has no business talking about my name or this bank" he got up out of his chair and walked away and left us there. He didn't even let us say anything like if we had any down payment, any collateral, nothing! I hope people realize how prejudice and small minded this bank is we felt so unwelcomed and treated unfairly.

I LOVE THIS BANK . EVERYONE KNOWS YOUR NAME AND THEY TREAT YOU LIKE FAMILY. I LOVE THE TELLERS LIKE THEY ARE MY OWN DAUGHTERS. IN THE BIG BANKS YOU ARE ONLY A NUMBER. HERE YOU ARE SOMEBODY AND THEY TREAT LIKE YOU ARE THEIR BEST CUSTOMER.

I've called several times to talk about opening an account . NO response ! So suspect that they don't care about folks that are very busy during the week . Or that they are to lazy or stuck up to care
