I used Norcom for my morgage and I have to say that Forrest Ridley was the best. He was always there to help me in any way needed, weather it was just a question or just needed re assurance that everything was moving along. I would highly recommend this Company and Forrest for all you morgage needs.

Worst experience of my life!!!! If it would let me give them zero stars, that is definitely what I would put! I have been through one previous home purchase and a re-finance, which were a breeze compared to Norcom! First, I thought I was working with All Points Mortgage LLC, then at some point, stuff was being forwarded to Norcom. I was very efficient with supplying documents. My broker received whatever he needed within minutes or hours of his requests. IDK if he was trying to spare my feelings when he informed me I needed a co-signer, but he could have told me A LOT sooner, so I could have gotten the ball running on that. Instead of asking for everything, this and that was asked for then a little bit more. If they've been doing this for 30yrs, they must know EVERYTHING they are going to want from you! My co-signer is self-employed, so they asked for 3 months of bank statements, but a YTD Profit & Loss. Next thing I know, they can't match up the numbers! No kidding...... 3 months of statements does not a 7 month P & L make. Also, I was purchasing a condo, so they asked me for the Association's Insurance at the absolute LAST minute. Not only was it on their own paperwork (in big bold letters) that it needed to be provided 30 days before closing, I even asked my broker about it and he never said a word, till a week before the closing, that had already been pushed up once. Then, they were having trouble with the Association's Insurance company. I asked if I should call, and he said no, it wouldn't help. I called anyway and the Insurance ladies were very nice and helpful and got it done right away, for me. They informed me that BIG companies (I thought I was working with a small individualized company) like Norcom do this all the time. I actually almost pulled out of the condo entirely, because of this nightmare of a process. I would NOT recommend them under any circumstances, I should have gone with Rocket Mortgage, who I've worked with before, but the broker I was working with told me I don't want some random guy in a cubicle, you want personalized care. I should have gone with the random guy in the cubicle!

Great customer service! And they work with you through the whole buying process. Very professional in answering any questions or concerns. I would really recommend giving them a call if you’re interested in buying a house and getting a loan. Nice job! Thank you Norcom mortgage

Very terrible client servicing for a client facing company. Every request made by me and my team had to be requested multiple times. There were many delays on their part and they bothered little to keep my team in the loop on what the delays were and what they were doing to correct them. They delayed my appraisal 3x, my closing 3x because they waited until the week of to try and put everything together before realizing they missed something. I would seek mortgage coverage from a company who cares about their clients. Norcom doesn't.

There are not enough words to express the wonderful experience that my husband and I had with Norcom mortgage. They helped us achieve our dream home and made the mortgage process a breeze for us. Colleen and the team at Norcom provided such wonderful service in a very efficient and timely manner. Whatever questions we had never went unanswered and we made our closing goal with time to spare. They worked with us through both of our transactions (a C/O refinance of an investment & the purchase of a new primary residence) and in all cases, they were clear, responsive, and once they had the docs for the first transaction they leveraged that for the second, saving a ton of time. Fantastic team.

I have bought a number of homes over the past 20 plus years. I have worked with several different banks and lenders. I have to say Norcom is definitely at the top of the list. Bryan was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. I have recommended him to everyone that I hear buying a house. I would certainly use them again.

I can't speak highly enough of the Norcom team.. Specificlly, Todd Marino and Jake Torello are top notch guys and I would recommend them to any one.. Friendly, professional, helpful and willing to go the distance.. Working with those two was a great experience..

Not very helpful and avoids contact if they have to do a little bit of work for your lender approval. After a few phone calls and multiple hard inquiries on my credit the rep that was helpful at first but had to call me back due to technical issues came up with an excuse of a mortgage emergency the following day and would call me back. I called after 3 days of not hearing anything to be forwarded to voicemail and not called back.

As first time home buyers we were very unsure what we were doing. We started with a mortgage company that we didn't love and ended up switching over with Norcom and the process was as painless as could be. Ray was a dream to work with. He always kept us up to date with what was going on and called just to check in and make sure we were comfortable and knew what was going on. We could not have asked for a better person to work with.

My experience as a first-time home buyer was top notch. My agent was Mary and also assisting was Lyndsay. They walked me patiently through every step, told me exactly what they needed for mortgage approval and I got it to them quickly. They were so efficient, in fact, that we were able to close one week early, four weeks to the day after the first viewing. I feel very fortunate that they were part of my team and I highly recommend them. BTW, it is three months later and I am loving being in my own home.

Do not under any circumstances ever work with this company. I got paired with Robert and it was the worst experience I've ever had doing anything. Unresponsive, verbalized his disdain for realtors so he wouldn't communicate with mine at all and had the worst assistant in the history of companies. They lied to me at the start telling me that my wife's credit score would be sufficient and with no warning at all dropped her off the loan mid way and made it only for me only to tell me later that her credit score WAS sufficient when they claim I made a phone call I shouldn't have made. One day before closing they claim they could only do the deal if I came up with an additional $15,000 (5% on top of the 25% I was already putting down) or the deal died and thats exactly what happened. Lying manipulative snakes obviously work for this company and I hope they all get whats coming to them.

Our recommendation to use Norcom came from a good friend of ours. We worked with Linda K. on our project and while our scenario was unique with timing, situation, and details she was incredible to work with. Linda talked through every detail of the process and made suggestions and recommendations to get the most out of the process. While the entire process seemed daunting she handled it with ease. She was patient and kept after us with getting her the details she needed for the mortgage and got us to the end of the process with zero hiccups along the way. Excellent experience.
