I dropped a truckload of trailers at NITE Equipment and had a great time while I was there. Staff is very polite, professional and efficient. Lot is clean and well organized. Adherence to safety is obvious. And the business is patriotic and Veteran-friendly. As a Veteran myself it was really nice to deal with these people and this business who are as proud Americans as they are helpful and valuable to their community and country.

Great customer service! Came in with my 2yr old daughter and were so welcoming! Efficient, knowledgeable, fast, and easy to talk to. Will definitely recommend.

I highly recommend Nite Equip. Recently had an electric jack put on my horse trailer and it's fabulous. Great service from the entire staff and especially from Rich and Neil. Great work, very friendly and helpful and reasonable prices.

I wish I could give them more stars!!! I was on my way to Alaska when my trailer broke an axle in Illinois. I got it chained up and went to this trailer towing place in rockford. I'm a 27 year old female traveling with my dog the towing place said they couldn't help me they were very rude when I asked them to measure some things for Jesse from nite equipment to see if he had what I needed. So THE AMAZING JESSE COMES TO THE RESCUE!!!!!! He came and looked at my trailer knew it was bad noticed that my other axle wasn't good either he took me to his shop he didn't have the axles my trailer took but improvised and got my trailer on the road within 4 hours!!!! I made it to alaska the trailer hauled amazingly no problems at all!!! I can't thank Jesse and the guys at nite equipment for saving my whole trip they are amazing!!!!!

I drove over 2.5 hours to pickup a trailer I purchased. The customer service I received was top notch. This was the only dealer I could find who had a reasonable amount of trailers in stock. I'll continue to make the long haul for my next purchase.

Super nice folks to deal with. I think I think I got a really fair deal on my trailer. Paperwork was fast and effortless. Rick and Roger were super thorough in going over the trailer and making sure it was set up correctly! A bit out of the way for me but it was easy worth it. I would highly recommend Nite Equipment!

I’ve known the owners and a few of the employees nearly all my life. Their integrity means everything and you can tell the way they treat customers is of upmost importance. They go above and beyond to make sure you’re buying what you actually need.

Best PJ Trailer Dealer in northern Illinois. I spoke to Howie, told told him that my PJ gooseneck trailer rear axle u-bolts had come loose. He took me in and replaced all the u-bolts on my trailer and center pins on both rear leaf springs. The tech had me out on the road in a couple of hours. I’m a O/O Hotshot and down time costs money. I was only down for a few hours!

Bought a trailer excellent staff and very knowledgeable

We have purchased two trailers from Nite for our business. Although it is 2.5 hours away, there is a reason we make the drive. The customer service and attention to detail, is second to none. We have 6 Sure-Trac trailers for our business and unfortunately this time around there was a small issue at no fault to Nite. I was blown away by the level of service Jessie gave me to fix the issue. Do not hesitate to “shop” around, it’s not always about the price but the level of service and dealer support you receive. I wish Nite Equipment was our local dealer.

This is a very reputable place... straight forward and no BS...honest and hard working staff. When no one else wanted to do the work my 48' car hauling trailer needed done these guys stepped up and done a great and quick service...I want to thank the entire staff from the phone call all the way to payout such a great and comfortable business...also love Jack's he's a great member ...he's not a dog he's a family member...I highly appreciate and definitely recommend this company to any and to at least call this company first...thank you all and I will be back for sure
