Would not recommend! I applied for a home loan, got approved and at the last minute tell me I can not be on the loan with my s/o, also promised me a rate during pre approval and spiked the rate at the last second, very shady and dishonest! I even heard them talk on the phone when they thought I hung up, saying what do you want to do? do you want to give them the rate?, unreal, very unprofessional!! Do yourself the favor and go with another company. I went with Leader Bank, they offered me a better rate, no hassle, no complicated phone calls, simple and easy, and they kept my pre approval rate.
