NextMark Credit Union Members Way, Fairfax

NextMark Credit Union is the best bank/credit union I have ever used. I have been a member for over 20 years and their customer service and employees have always taken very good care of me. They have excellent and prompt responses to my inquiries and loan applications. They are patient and helpful. I feel cared about and taken care of. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a credit union that makes you feel like family. Lexi Britt was amazing in handling my HELOC loan. She helped every step of the way and I can’t believe how quickly I am closing already! Thank you Lexi!! Kudos NextMark!!

I have to say that service here is wonderful. I have plans to change my business account over because of the quick service from tellers and putting me with Ms Melanie Johnson Bennett who understood what I was looking for. Of course I am doing my research and things I need to take care of before I do make that move, but I had to come in here and give a review. I am big on customer service and this credit union made me feel welcomed and important! Thanks Next Mark Credit Union! Keep that energy!

Margaret was the teller that assisted me today, 12/7/22, at the Credit Union and she was such a kind, professional teller! She brought a smile to my face, I appreciate her taking extra steps to show me how to find this comment section on the website, that she thanked me after my transaction was complete, made sure there wasn't anything else she could do for me, and used my name during the transaction. I can tell Margaret likes her job and making her customers feel seen and appreciated. Way to go Margaret!

Just two days I was able to refinance my husband car under me and we are now saving save $125 a month. I really appreciate Nextmark credit union and I would surely recommend them. I lost my Debit Card here in Thailand. I encountered numerous obstacles in getting a new card and PIN (can't get new PIN telephonically outside the USA). Throughout the whole process, Ms. Tamarra Edwards assisted me in a professional, courteous, and understanding manner. She went beyond SOP to aide me in getting the new card and PIN. I'm a long term member of the CU and appreciate their overall professionalism, expertise, and friendly service. Kudos to Ms. Edwards and the whole CU staff.

I received an Auto loan from NextMark Credit Union and it was such an amazing experience. I worked with Margaret and she is truly so amazing. I recently have opened up my own checking and savings accounts with NextMark, and I have really enjoyed coming here. The staff are very friendly and organized. They put a lot of emphasis on the experience of their members. Linh is very friendly and resourceful, and has helped me every time I come with my dad. If you live in Northern Virginia, you should undoubtedly give NextMark a chance.

I’ve been a member of Nextmark for a while. It started as a convenience since I needed a credit union alternative in Fairfax County when shopping for loans. Only until a few weeks ago, did I actually experience the “loan process” and boy was it easy and quick! Margaret was amazing as she kept me in the loop the entire time. I was approved in 2 days and they overnighted the check to the dealer the following day. The best par: I got max financing at an incredibly low rate! I highly recommend NextMark!

I was helped by Margaret, I spoke to her on Wednesday for a Loan, Thursday she called me with the approval after sending all documents needed, by Friday at 1130am she called me to close the loan. She is so efficient and very well vast in all she does. Very good customer service compared to all these corporate banks that takes about a week or two to even hear from them. S. Jallow

Melanie Johnson-Bennett is the kindest, most helpful banking employee I've ever encountered, not just at NextMark but at any bank I've ever used. She always greets me warmly (with her beautiful smile), patiently helps me with my banking needs, and generously gives me helpful information about NextMark's products and services. Ms. Johnson-Bennett is a tremendous asset to the bank, and I look forward to seeing her each time I visit.
