Not only were we denied by two other lenders but we lost our closing cost, we were lied to by other lenders and was given a raw deal. We were basically homeless? no compromise from the seller for a deal gone bad, on top of that we were robbed out of money by a moving company. Depressed broken with no where to turn and lost all hope the only alternative was prayer for a lender and a company that has compassion. My husband and I shed real tears…From soup to nuts she worked our loan, she was very sensitive about our situation and approached our purchase as if she was the buyer.
