Called Mr Newsome twice about his listing we want to buy and was told twice he would call us back. He has not. Now I see they lowered the price 20%. Poor seller wouldn't have to do that if they chose an agent who did what they say they would.

I was disappointed in offers that were written wrong and offers withdrawn after contracts were signed because they got a better offer and wanted to find a way to back out of a bonding offer! They didn’t list in all MLS because they were more interested in money than the client! Sad!!!!
