Called to get assistance moving my money, as the company I work for was sold, and requiring I move the retirement account. No forms available to help online. Representative said that someone would call me back in 3 days. No call. When I called back a week later, I had another rep whom likes to use fancy terms and would not explain. When I asked to speak to a supervisor, she flat out refused. Lost my temper and screamed, and demanded that someone call me back. I'm still waiting.... Worst financial company I have ever had to deal with. Would give a half star option if available.

they ask for $30 to issue 401k check and promise 10 days for delivery, after 10 business days waiting without receiving anything, they ask for another $30 to re-issue the check and another 15 days waiting, no mail tracking can be provided unless pay additional $30. custom service repeated they need that money to proceed, no other options.

Terrible, been trying to get my 401k rolled over for 7 months. Keep getting told different things from different people no set standard no one knows anything. Supposed to be rolling over 6200 but somehow keep getting checks for $100

Stay far away. I am stuck here because of my employer. Customer service is nonexistent and the fees are extremely high!

Live entertainment on Saturday night, super loud. Flaming margarita's and flying shots of tequila. Amazing chips and salsa. Menu is the size of Cheesecake Factory which in my opinion doesn't allow them to specialize in the food which was less than average. If you are there for the atmosphere, you will love it, just leave your tastebuds at home.

If it weren't for a connection with my employer I would think this company is a scam. They ask for your social multiple times when you call but won't allow you access to your account, instead directing you to your HR department. Their voice-activated self service phone line is about as helpful as a heart attack. If you have an option - take your money elsewhere!!!

Don't use these folks for your retirement needs. They charge you $75 to rollover a employer 401k account and really hide all of their fees in general. You won't be happy here and nobody at Newport will care to help you.

These people don’t even answer their phones, they skip the conversation and send you straight to their “end of call” survey.
