Michael was fantastic in getting me a loan option in a very difficult separation situation where 4-5 other mortgage brokers couldn’t. On top of that- he helped me source out a much better rate on homeowner’s insurance which reduced my monthly payment. Lastly- at my request he moved the closing date by almost 15 days within the last month prior to closing. He was responsive and took great care of me in my effort to purchasing a third home while the second one was in limbo, so I did not have to carry a contingency. Couldn’t have been happier!
