This company is truly AWFUL. Both our PPP loans ended up with them, unfortunately. They have no support #, they take days (sometimes WEEKS) to respond to support requests. I received an email saying I was delinquent repaying my loan and referenced prior emails that THEY NEVER SENT TO ME. When I inquired about this, their response was simply to ask if I want to repay in a lump sum or with monthly payments - they made absolutely zero effort to address my concerns with their lack of communication. AVOID IF YOU CAN!!!

Absolutely awful. Slow to process applications. Customer support was poor. The flow through their website was obscure. They shut down processing applications while my PPP2 was pending and did not give notice. I found out by accident. I resubmitted through Tidemark in Delaware and got quickly approved just before the deadline. I would NEVER deal with NEWITY again.

We submitted an SBA form via Newity. The customer service or account representative was extremely helpful and noticed an error on our form. She offered to correct it and submit it. This made it simple to handle while I was traveling. The team was courteous and responsive, everything was seamless. I will use them in the future should I ever need a service that they offer. The bank I was using for my customers became overwhelmed and sent 90 percent of my customers to Newity. Now they are marketing my customers. If you are a broker I don’t recommend this company. Find a better source that doesn’t market your customers.

Customer service was friendly and helpful. Using the portal was super easy. They definitely made the paperwork process less stressful.

NEWITY (DIMWITY) took over our PPP loans from our bank in Jersey City, NJ. We spent hours on their website trying to complete the forgiveness application, to no avail. And to make matters worse, we made several calls to their customer service department and got no answer. We sent them several requests by email for them to put our loans on the SBA direct forgiveness portal so that we could do the application there. But no one responded. Borrowers shouldn't have to ask them to do that! This is something that should have been done automatically.

Terrible Communication! I should've known once they didn't have a contact number i should've kept searching! And after doing my research this Company Originally used to be called ACAP + the loan source, and i had a terrible experience with them and there so called loan Specialist "Garrent Mckinney" for the PPP application who told me i was approved originally ,then stop responding to emails about an update, then i randomly emails me a denial letter stating there was an error on your app and we wont be able to approve you; Basically the same way Dominic Jenner emailed me today after not responding to my emails for the last 4 days. Stay away from this company! Different Name same terrible process! LOOK FOR OTHER LOAN COMPANIES!

I have no idea how this company has this many stars on google. I really don't. I have done both PPP loans through this company and have had several issues with each application. They don't have a way to call and get help. You have to submit a ticket and wait for days, literally, for help. I had 3-4 instances where I was never contacted about my issue and had to figure it out on my own. They tend to update their website 2-3 times a year and without fail each update causes issues in which you cant call to fix. You have to use their in-website chat which is also a joke. It takes them hours to reply on there since every customer can only contact them that way. If you miss the message they send you, then you lost your place in line and have to start over. I wish this company would make a 180 and start offering actual customer service, for once. They proven time and time again that they cant build a successful program that actually works. In this case.. you need phone support. A lot of it. If you think you only need 500 phone agents.. you're wrong. Double that number and turn your company around.

This company assisted us in completing and submitting paper work for our company's PPP loan. They were very professional and worked with us to the very end to complete all paper work. I would be a pleasure to use them in the future.
