One of your city council members impersonated a cop to intimidate my sister and I. She then proceeded to get out of her vehicle and attempted to begin a physical altercation with me until I pulled out my phone and began video recording her. She was very immature and rude, all of this over the fact that I was walking on the side of a road that has no sidewalk. I was barely in the road at all, and was trying to avoid rolling my already bad ankles. Your city council members are a black market on the human race as a whole.

The police and the secretary are nice and etc. But the people that does the billing for tickets or etc...you should never trust them...they can't keep their words and they are rude and etc...if you need help with anything then I recommend you to talk to anyone in the police dept they will take care of you not the other office....

New llano city hall workers are the most courteous and polite people you would ever want to meet. From the mayor Freddie Boswell to the chief of police Danny Hunt. You will not find a better community to live in. I have seen this little town grow from only a few houses past my parents house to many new subdivisions and lots of business springing up all along new llano city limits on hwy 171. I am thoroughly impressed with how this town conducts its self in all matters. A top notch little town with a heart of gold.
