Terrible customer service. Won't take ownership of a mistake a teller made. I'll be closing my accounts asap. *UPDATE* Just had to do some banking at the Essex branch, there is a younger male teller with light brown hair, beard and glasses, he managed to mess up the 2 transactions I had to perform. One of which was a loan payment that was a specific amount and he just rounded up.

Karen is super helpful, and doing a great job making sure customer’s problem is solved. And patiently explains what causes the problem. Thumbs up! Thank you, Karen.

Terrible service from one of staff members today. She was rude and disrespectful to some African immigrants wanting to open an account. Then followed that up by acting inconvenienced and irritated, with multiple eye rolls, while asked to assist with wire transfer by Asian-Amercian, and made multiple typos when doing so, then instead of redoing and correcting form, instead hand wrote corrections on it. Don't understand why someone like that would even be allowed to interact with customers.

Made an appointment for a notary and didn't realize if was for the following week. I showed up and Richard helped me out right away. Great service and was extremely professional. Thank you.

Relaxed atmosphere. Staff feels like family. Very knowledgeable.
