These people are great. Had someone hit my car, then the insurance company had a company "fix" my car but it wasn't fixed. They helped me fix my car, rent a car and get a lawyer to sue the company. Love these guys!! Truly on the up and up and honest!!!

I dropped my F-150 off after hitting a deer.I had some other stuff that I wanted to do to my truck prior to the damage and I thought I'd all wrap it up in one shot. I asked him if I could drop off the truck and chat with him 10-15 minutes to go over what I wanted to do to my truck. On the phone he said it was no problem come by on so and so date. The day comes I want to drop off my truck he rushes me through doesn't even listen to what I wanted to do. It took him two months I nearly provided all the parts and when I asked him if he did anything to the fenders or anything he acted aloof and like I never even asked him to do so..he couldn't even tell me that my truck was done. not even a phone call,I had to call him and ask him multiple times, couldn't even give me a quote and always found a reason to tell me that he was busy with insurance jobs. I'm a customer too I wasn't asking him to do the job for free. I'm telling you don't go here... multiple body shops around .there's nothing special here

Best body shop I've ever had the pleasure of doing business with. I live in Boston now and drove past probably 100 body shops because I wanted my car fixed the right way. There's New Century and then there's everyone else. Head and shoulders above the rest!

They are the Best I send all my family and friends there. Great people no job to big for these guys.

This auto shop is like no other and they set the bar high when it comes to taking care of their customers. My car was hit and I was recommended this auto body shop. Margie was so helpful and took care of every detail possible, from helping me get the police report, to dealing with the insurance company, working with the adjuster and getting me a rental. She was always prompt on getting back to me on any answers I may have had along the way. It was nice to finally work with a shop that you made you feel like a priority and really takes pride in their customer service. I got my car back, detailed, and they did a great job on the repairs.

New Century Auto body is outstanding! The owners Dave and Marge are clearly focused on ensuring the best service and customer experience for their clients. My 2007 car had rust issues in the frame behind the front wheels, some damage to the front end, and the back bumper needed a refresh. Additionally, there was re-upholstery work needed to the front seats. They were meticulous in the work, repainted the front hood, front and rear bumpers, touched up other spots they noticed, and the car had been freshly washed and waxed inside and out when I picked it up. It looks brand new! This is a first class operation that I would recommend to anyone needing bodywork on their car.

Fantastic service, I was depressed when I brought it in for repair. I had just paid off the loan, and someone had hit my truck and left. The truck came back better than new.
