We initially contacted Whit after he was recommended by realtor who had a good experience working with him on previous sales. We reached out to several loan officers with a list of questions and Whit immediately stood out from the crowd. His answers were detailed and comprehensive and he had a clear process. He set up an intro call and walked us through what to expect, patiently explaining unfamiliar concepts like “escrow.” He was able to get us pre-approved quickly and once we put in an offer, stayed in contact during the closing process. He was available on evenings and weekends, which was incredibly helpful since we work full-time during the week. We knew we were good hands with Whit and would recommend him to any prospective homebuyers.
