After loosing bids on 4 other homes, he patiently kept updating our documentation and sending pre-qualification letters at at lightning speed. Warren taught us so much! He met with us at least once or twice a week until the deal was completely funded and finalized. We never knew how the whole process worked until Warren explained it to us.
