We were delighted with the endless assistance we received from the team and especially Katherine O'Leary-Cole. No matter how many mortgages we've had in our lives, it never gets easier and even seems to get harder. Katherine was our support every step of the way, gracious and helpful with any difficulty, even anticipating them rather than waiting for us to trip over them. We enjoyed meeting her as a person too by learning about her as a diver and then seeing her in scuba gear at the water's edge. That was a vivid reminder of what a special place Port Townsend is and how lucky we'd been to have her help buying a house here.

Be aware of Dominic, he pre-approved a client in January and then gave her agent a pre-approval letter in March saying his customer was still pre-approved and through underwriting. Then come to find out buyer is no longer qualified because he qualified her with interest rates from January. Every good lender watches interested daily let alone after 2 months. It cost us possibly the purchase of our home we had an offer on and the sellers of that home. IF you are searching for home loans stay away from this lender. Make sure they are checking rates daily, it can make a difference on what you originally qualified for and when you actually find a home. Thanks Dominic for ruining a families dream by your carelessness.

Emily and Katherine have been amazing. I initially reached out to five different lenders to get a sense of what types of loan programs they could offer, as well as their customer service. Katherine was heads and shoulders above everyone else. Not even a contest! She's been there every step of the way educating me, offering different choices that I hadn't even known about, and very quickly responding to all my questions - including reassuring me during moments of anxiety. I will never go anywhere else.

From the first interaction throughout the process and to the final signature, Emily and her team performed at the highest level. Emily is extremely knowledgeable about lending options and operationally very efficient.
