Great experience with NAF. The only thing that I didn't like they checked my credit more than once without informing me. They sure ask every piece of document they can which I didn't have problem with. Only problem I had with the documents that I had to change the closing date several times. New American Funding is easy to work with and Michael Wallace assisted us with both pre-qualification for a home loan and the loan for the home we purchased. We used New American Funding in California but when we first moved to Arkansas New American did not have offices in Arkansas. We were pleased to find out they now have a presence in Arkansas. Not only did they get me the house I want it that many other lenders told me that I could not qualify with my VA loan because my credit wasn't great but wasn't bad 629 house was 207500 they got it at extremely well rate 4% also helped and worked with me due to my finances being out of the ordinary because I am medically retired and I also receive rent from my family. These people went above and beyond the call almost like they was military themselfs. Example I had a question 11:30 at night and normal Bankers you would call their number and they would be out of the office or closed for the day but these people I left a voicemail and they called me back in no joke 5 minutes later. There are amazing they did good for me and my family and God bless them.
