This is the worst lending company ever. It Is constant back and forth emails that still do not answer any questions. Most of the time your trying to answer your own questions. Waste of time dealing with this company.

We tried going with a local lender to refinance our home in AV. Big mistake! There’s a reason why ppl go elsewhere and with bigger banks. For a couple of months we were getting the runaround from Michele Valencia and never did we get a strait answer. At first she seemed very nice and promising. Soon after we submitted all docs, she never answered our calls. Such a waste of our time. Not sure why they are even in business since they don’t care about providing good customer service and don’t care to help their clients.
