An excellent experience overall. Jim is knowledgeable and clear about options and provides solid advice by listening to customer needs and concerns. He stayed in touch and kept us posted on the process. Only advice for company is to refine its review and signature process for documents, as it was a bit convoluted and repetitive at times between digital and 'wet' signings.
