As a Realtor in this competitive real estate market you might want to team up with a knowledgeable loan person. What I love about Robert is that he answered all my calls/texts any time even during the weekend not very common in the lending industry. Robert, I truly appreciate all your work and dedication.

I was about to give up and she assured me that she will close escrow in less than a month and she did. All this during COVID19. It was a big challenge. She made it all possible, due to her dedication.

From the start, Thomas made me feel very comfortable with the home buying process. I had to submit time sensitive material for my home loan and I was not able to send out from my own devices at home. So I looked for the closest branch to me. Keep in mind we are in the middle of a pandemic where everyone is uneasy and trying to limit their contact. When I called just to make sure they were open Leilana who was so friendly and helpful over the phone (answering from outside of office) made a call just to reassure me someone would be there to help me and gave me her name, April Soto. On arriving April came to meet me up front knew what I was there for as she had already been in contact with Leilani. She immediately took my paperwork and emailed it to the necessary department for review. She never acted rushed or bothered in taking her time to work with a walk in client (when I know we are all uneasy of stepping out of our homes and dealing with the public). It is in these difficult times that you really see the true nature of a business and it's employees. This branch and these 2 ladies made an already stressful situation for me easier to manage and I am so grateful!
