First they remove the Boulder City location and didn't have the decency to leave at least a small ATM for cash & my deposits. Then, ever since the last mobile update I am unable to make deposits via the app. Now I have to drive 15+ minutes to get to a branch to make a deposit... THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE. As soon as I get a chance I'm switching banks.

This branch is the worse branch ever I've been through. they are really thief people , especially for business accounts.

Ive been trying to get a loan payoff to refinance my home and this bank keeps dragging their feet and not providing the information to me or the new lender. I contacted them directly for the information and got a callback NOT providing the payoff information requested but rather they wanted to refinance my home at a higher interest rate and I’m still waiting on them to provide the payoff. I understand the COVID issue but it should not take an act of Congress to simply get a loan payoff. I will never do business with this lender again!

Terrible people to constantly charge me for paper statements when I did not ask for them and they love to have me over draft when i told them to close my account I had nothing left in there and now I'm negative 56 dollars because they won't decline any payments coming in like I told them too they are completely screwing me since this is my very first bank account ever horrible I work hard for the little bit I get must be nothing but pettie snobs who have never went threw a struggle in their life everything must have been handed to them their whole life for them to treat real honest hard working people like this never again will I put my trust in them.
