Not only was he easy to work with but he truly wanted to find us the right property within the criteria we were looking for, you can tell he takes his job seriously and his clients needs serious as well! He followed up with us throughout the process and even after the resale! He was always readily available to jump in and help when questions arose as this was our first time working with NetWorth. One thing I really appreciated about Mario is if he didn’t know the answer he didn’t just give us a response to appease us, instead he always made sure to ask someone else to make sure we had the correct answer and had clear understanding! Worked with Katie and she was awesome. One thing I most appreciate is her communication. She answered his phone most of of the time and would return my calls pretty quickly when she couldnt, also responded to my texts promptly. I am a new investor so it helped me feel more comfortable. The property I purchased profited well. The process was pretty simple and I also liked the fact that they covered my title fees. Matt Beck is the agent I worked with. He is very easy to communicate and no matter when I called with questions he picks up the phone. This is the first home I bought with them since I am kind of new to Phoenix area. He referred me to several contractors even though I did not use since I found my own also.Great guy to work with and I will buy more if I see great deals in the location I am at. I like their whole sale properties because they don't fake numbers like other wholesalers do.. They are able to get things done in a timely manner. Accurate assessments of their properties and many available properties to choose from.
