When buying our house we went from mortgage broker to mortgage broker. Everyone said we needed this or we had to do that. Then we met Mike and Jill, we told them our limits and what we could do. They went above and beyond and made buying a house so painless. They handled everything and by the time it was over had our house purchased at a rate and down payment we could handle. They covered everything and you can tell they weren't in it for themselves and they were in it for us. I couldn't recommend these guys faster to everyone.
